After years of waiting, we geeks are lucky enough to be treated to a new film from the Harry Potter universe.  Last week I excitedly headed to the cinema to see Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.  I had tried to keep an open mind about the film, and had managed to avoid most trailers and all spoilers.  One thing I did know is that I wanted to wear something comfy and vaguely witchy to the cinema to check out the film.

 

I am wearing:

• Black lace flared from H & M
• Grey cotton tee shirt from Uniqlo
• Pucci print vest from the Mill Markets
• Black flatforms from Big W
• Birdcage earrings from Louvisa
• Jade bracelet

 

 

I wanted floating layers and dark colours, a hint of sexiness and mystery.  But I also wanted to be comfortable enough to lounge about in the cinema.  these trousers are ideal for lounging.  They look amazing but they’re as stretchy and comfortable as yoga pants.  They are possibly my favourite item in my summer wardrobe.  When I wear them I feel like the lost sister of Stevie Nicks or Janis Joplin.

I picked up a few plain tee shirts from Uniqlo earlier in the year and it has fast become my favourite place for basics.  These tee shirts are great quality but are still super soft and comfortable.

 

This was such a comfortable and fun outfit to wear to the movies. And what did I think of the movie itself?  Well, I really enjoyed it, and I’m planning on elaborating on that in a future post, so stay tuned!
