Your to-do list for this weekend

DSCF8981-Tell someone that you think they’re awesome.  Better yet, tell five people that you think they’re awesome.

– Eat something you’ve never tried before.

– Move your body in a way that makes you happy for as long as you feel like it.

– Wear something that makes you feel beautiful.

– Go outside, even if only for ten minutes.

DSCF8523– Think of something you’ve always wanted to do.  Now do one thing that brings you a step closer to doing it.

-Find something to laugh at.  There’s always something.

– Change something in your bedroom.  Move your furniture, add a wall-hanging, pick up your dirty socks and throw them in the wash basket.

– Take ten deep breaths.

– Smile.

    Let’s see, what else have I done so far this weekend…well, I was outside for well over ten minutes, I wore I thought was beautiful, moved in a way that made me happy, laughed (a lot), smiled, planned further for a long term goal of mine, and even added some new items to a room. Ooohh, I’m on roll – and it’s only early Saturday morning here! 🙂
