Daily outfit 22/3/2010

It’s been a huge weekend, and I have been backed up with my blog posts.  At least I remembered to take outfit photos this time, so that I can share with you all what I wore this weekend.

On Saturday, Ross and I headed into the city for some shopping.  We then came home and watched about a million episodes of South Park.

I went for a Tweedle-Dee inspired outfit for a playful Saturday.

I am wearing:

– denim dutch boy cap from Ice

– Vanessa brooch from London

– Clown brooch

– “Who Asked You?” Lucy tee.

– Red mini skirt from Supre

– Alvin watch

– Black and white plastic bangles

– Black and white striped socks

– Red plastic ballet flats from Steve Madden.

On Sunday we went out to celebrate my mum’s birthday.  I thought it would be a good chance to pay  tribute to Audrey Hepburn.

I am wearing:

– Target black satin dress

– Yellow heels from Savers

– Cream scarf (thrifted)

– Diamante drop earrings from Diva

– Silver filigree bangle

– amethyst ring.

Today I had 9am class, which meant walking to uni in the morning chill.  I was also feeling quite unmotivated, so I thought I would take today’s outfit inspiration from the Cheshire Cat.  To get the Cheshire Cat look, I kept this outfit sleek and form-fitting, and relatively free from jewellery.

I am wearing:

– Supre black knit dress

– Cotton on Black and Purple long-sleeved top

– Cotton on Black and white gloves

– Rubi black zipper tights

– Shoe Bizarre Jolly Roger ballet flats.

– Black beret

– Amethyst ring.

This outfit is super-comfy and I have scarcely stopped grinning all day.
